Who we are: We are a group of owners of Tourist Homes who formed a community to be able to offer and rent Tourist Homes straight from owner to client.

To book you have to communicate directly with the owner of the property you choose for your holidays, arrange the dates, prices, and conditions.

We are based in the center of Mallorca in the village of Sineu, a historically holiday and hunting area of the kingdoms of Mallorca during the 13th and 14th centuries.

All our Tourist Vacation Homes comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Tourism and are classified by quality and category according to the ETV Federation (Tourist Vacation Homes) of Mallorca.
