Son Sec, a place with swimming pool and WIFI near Santanyí

There are two individual houses built in a very traditional style both located on a plot near the village of Santanyí. An iron gate leads to the plot. On the right is the main house and on the left is the outbuilding. In the main house there is a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave, combi fridge and washing machine, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower in the suite. In the outbuilding there are two double bedrooms with two single beds and also a bathroom with shower in each suite. All the windows in the bedrooms have mosquito nets so you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. The living-dining room is equipped with Sat-TV, stereo and internet and has an access to a nice porch where there is a table and 6 chairs. There you can not only enjoy the outdoor meals but also the view to the pool and the garden. The barbecue is located in front of the porch. The swimming pool is surrounded by a solarium where to place the deckchairs and there is also a lawn area behind the pool. There is also an outdoor shower. You can park your car on the esplanade in front of the gate or behind it.

The fine-sand beach of Cala Santanyí is only 2 km away from the house and the Santanyí village is only 1,5 km away. There are several shops as well as ATMs, pharmacies, many restaurants and bars and every Wednesday and Saturday there’s a popular weekly market. In only 5 minutes by car you can reach the picturesque fishing port of Cala Figuera. Also place that is worth visiting is Cala d’Or with its Ibiza style white houses and its many entertainment opportunities. There’s also a dreamy white sand beach called Es Trenc which is absolutely recommended as well as the “Cuevas Drach” in Porto Cristo.

The prices listed are for up to 6 people. An additional guest costs 30 Euro per day.
